Lexcode recently hosted a charity event entitled Love: the Only Language without Barriers at the Philippine School for the Deaf (PSD) in Pasay City last December 9.
30 top students coming from different classes were selected to participate in the event.
Fun interactive games have encouraged these students to mingle and have a remarkable time with Lexcodians. Other highlights included special performances from the chosen group and the serving of snacks.
The event culminated with a gift-giving session where each student received a personal hygiene kit.
With its commitment to break language barriers, Lexcode remains one with PSD in upholding the philosophy of honing children with hearing problems to become an integral part of the world rather than to become apart from it. Through the charity event, the opportunity was maximized despite the language barrier— the core reason why Lexcode, as a business entity, exists.
